William Holgate Architects is a small Yorkshire practice with a wider reputation. The value of good design is at the heart of the practice’s work, our primary aim being to produce buildings which are efficient, attractive and exciting - and which spring from a close personal attention to our clients’ requirements. Our expertise covers both new work and the conversion of existing properties, particularly Listed Buildings. The practice has undertaken a wide range of subjects in the public, private and voluntary Sectors Worked. Examples include workshops, schools, restaurants, community buildings, theatres and housing developments, three of which have been specialist designs for mentally handicapped adults. We offer a friendly and professional service managing all aspects of the construction process from Feasibility Study through to completion. We also have substantial experience in providing supporting material for funding presentations and grant support.
