Spawforths is a multidisciplinary practice of architects, town planners and urbanists based in Leeds. We are the largest independent Planning Consultancy in the Region (Planning Magazine Survey 2004) and are actively involved in large scale regeneration schemes that require a combination of architecture, planning expertise. Our specialisms include masterplanning, community consultation and engagement, health centre and primary care centre design and facilitation, and housing. We work for over 50 local, regional and national house builders advising on development potential, development plan representations, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and on site implementation. Our architects are experienced in designing and constructing sites of 12 apartments up to larger regeneration schemes of 300+ units. We are also leaders in the region in Partnership contracting, having built the vast majority of our projects using this procurement route over the last 5 years.
