Halliday Clark has an enviable reputation for progressive and innovative design. Highly valued by clients, our designs will transform your project into something extraordinary, whilst still respecting your overall budget. With a well defined design process based upon the RIBA Plan of Work, we give you complete visibility at each stage of your project and keep you fully informed from inception to project completion. We begin by listening to what you want to achieve and translate that understanding into a clear design brief, exploring ideas and concepts for the possibilities of the site. On finalisation of the design, our technical team establishes 'working drawings' which comply with the latest in legislation and manage the whole process of building regulations and construction on your behalf. With our own 'in house' graphic design team, we use a blend of hand-drawn or computer generated drawings to visualise your scheme. Furthermore we can bring your project to life by creating computer generated fly'throughs, models and displays from our own or other Architects' designs.
