At Malcolm Payne Group we have over thirty years experience in the fields of architecture, design and conservation. Our objective is to design and implement schemes that are operationally effective, visually attractive and enhance their surroundings. We provide building owners, developers and occupiers with the creative, technical and management skills to maximise the financial value, development potential and efficiency of land and buildings. We work countrywide with a portfolio of completed projects in the residential sector from city centre apartments to rural housing, in the commercial sector with retail, office, hotel and leisure developments, and in the community sector with education, medical centre and care home projects. The group also provides an independant consulting service giving advice and expert witness on design and conservation issues in planning, listed building and conservation area applications and at appeal and public inquiry.
