We are a professional, committed, flexible and enthusiastic architectural practice that uses a range of skills to provide clear advice to our clients. The practice provides a range of services in a timely and concise manner that includes: - Client Design Advisor - Feasibility studies - Full architectural services - Sustainable architecture advice - Planning Design Statements - Quinquennial inspections, reports and building conservation - Project safety advice. 2B Clear Consultancy is headed by Paul Lister, who has a wealth of experience gained through an architectural career that includes 30 years in an award winning national private practice and 22 years as a principal. In 2005 he was included on the RIBA Register of Client Design Advisors.
