The Directors have a long and proven track record in the design and contract administration of a variety of building types using both traditional and design and construct method of procurement. Buildings include: city offices, B1 business use, business parks, industrial, warehouse and distribution units, town centre and out of town retail development, communication, leisure, education and residential schemes. Experience includes new build, refurbishment including listed buildings, interior design and fitting out. The Directors have considerable experience which has been gained over the last 25 years, working on projects of diverse size and complexity in conjunction with many leading consultants in other disciplines. An understanding of the clients needs, timing and economics of any development is fully utilised in the handling of each project.
