PRACTICE PROFILE Purcell Miller Tritton was founded by Donovan Purcell in Cambridge in 1947. The practice has steadily expanded and now has nearly 100 full time staff in offices in London, Sheffield, Liverpool, Norwich, Canterbury, Colchester, Ely and York. The practice is nationally known for its conservation work on historic buildings and for its expertise in natural stonework. Over the past few years we have worked on many well known buildings including the Palace of Westminster, Hampton Court Palace, the Reform Club, Westminster Abbey and Ely and Canterbury Cathedrals. We have also worked on many National Trust properties including Knole, Ham House, Chartwell, Wimpole Hall and Lacock Abbey.
