Jeremy Bell & Kelvin Sampson were previously directors of Maguire & Co under whom many of the buildings illustrated were carried out. Maguire & Co ceased trading in 2004 and projects taken over by JBKS. JBKS specialise in church architecture (new and existing), educational buildings and housing - both individual houses and much larger developments. Our reputation depends upon the quality of our service and integrity of design. Our staff share our commitment to excellence and we have good relationships with other professional consultants to ensure that clients' and end users' needs are fully met within budgetary constraints. Our approach to any project begins with a rigorous analysis of the real needs. We constantly challenge preconceptions, sometimes giving clients a lot to think about. Good design can only be achieved once the needs are fully understood. Design flair and good presentation skills give clients confidence that the end result will exceed expectation.
