From five offices in London, the south-east and East Anglia, Ingleton Wood offers an integrated multi-disciplinary consultancy including architecture, interior design, building surveying, building services, urban planning, environmental design and access consultancy. The practice has a wide experience of building types, including health, education, residential, conservation and commercial. Projects include new-build and works to existing buildings, under traditional and design-and-build procurement routes as well as PPC2000 or NEC3 partnering contracts. Through their work as technical advisors to both NHS clients and bidders, Ingleton Wood can bring additional expertise to PFI and LIFT procurement programmes. Much of our work is through framework and partnering agreements, including currently Westminster City Council, St Mary's College and University of Bedfordshire. Housing Association frameworks include Circle Anglia, Nene, Hyde and Boston Mayflower.
