Michael Cunningham has sixteen years experience working as a qualified architect in the private, public, and NGO Sectors Worked in the UK and overseas. He has experience at all levels from bespoke residential projects to developing and running major PFI projects . In 2005, Mike set up his own practice in Liverpool. He believes that the architect and client work together to achieve a successful project. He is also known for his specialist knowledge of all areas of the building procurement process, his good communication skills, and an ability to project manage and work productively with all parties, resulting in the successful completion of his client brief. Mike is also a Design Tutor at Liverpool University School of Architecture, where he teaches degree students. He is a member of the Register of Engineers for Disaster Relief, and has a particular interest in architecture and reconstruction in areas of deprivation.
