HBS Property Design and Consultancy provide an experienced multi-disciplinary ‘one stop shop’ service. By offering an integrated design approach, the Practice combines innovative and sustainable architectural and engineering design solutions with very efficient project management, to ensure buildings are completed within the customer’s time and budget constraints. Using either Traditional, Design and Build or Partnering approaches, we have the expertise to deliver a wide variety of design projects ranging in value and complexity from a £5,000 toilet refurbishment to an innovative £20 million educational village complex. Operating from bases in Lincoln and Middlesbrough, the practice has an expanding client base throughout the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the North East of England.
