Property Lande Architecture was established early 2001 by Emma Burrow and Lawrie Winter The practice specialises in obtaining difficult planning consents, whilst incorporating sensitive design skill, high quality presentations and exceptional technical expertise. The aim of the practice is to create the highest quality design with strong commercial viability that benefits the client, communities, sustainability and adds joy to the environment. The work that the practice undertakes range in size from one off luxury dwellings to multi million pound mixed development schemes. The projects vary from commercial to residential, incorporating private and social units to leisure and master planning. In common with each of the projects is the care undertaken by the Directors to ensure the design quality, commercial awareness and most importantly that the scheme obtains a planning consent.
