Rita Sennik Architect was established to provide excellence in housing design both in the private and public domains. Previous experience of working on a variety of housing projects not only as an architect but also with housing developers provides a sound and comprehensive understanding of the residential development process and the time and cost constraints imposed on both the social and the speculative housebuilder. The ethos of the practice is to improve the living environment and enhance architecture cost effectively.
