Since its inception in 1979 the Practice has specialised in Residential Development, Urban Planning, Community and Health Centres, Special Needs Accommodation, Enterprise Employment Centres, Golf and Sailing Clubs. The Practice has carried out many large Houses with selection to the Downland prize. The Practice works with the Public and Private Sectors Worked and has developped standard layouts and details to develop exacting cost effective solutions to a high design standard. The quality of design reflecting the local environment is a key to obtaining good planning approvals. The Practice has worked with the community to develop a brief for redevelopment with urban areas. The Practice developped part of the Structure Plan for the£76M Southampton SRB includimng a Planning for Real event attracting over 1000 community members. The Practice is presently developping sustainable timber framed pre-manufactured housing. The clients needs and our committment lead to a succesful development.
