Reid Architects promotes the value of design in the built environment. In working to maximise value to its clients this thinking is at the heart of the work produced by the practice. Our work is based on the belief that the best in design can only be delivered in association with client understanding allied with technical and management excellence. After ten years the practice carries a broad depth of experience working in both new build and refurbishment across all building Sectors Worked and use mixes. The practice has been particularly successful in delivering schemes which are based on creative re-use and regeneration of historic building fabric and listed buildings. These skills are matched by the ability to produce creative modern design solutions in all contexts including close grained urban environments and in sensitive conservation area settings.
