OCA is an international practice with offices in London, New York and associated offices in Asia, providing an integrated range of architectural, planning urban design, urban regeneration, landscape and design service. With a group staff resource of 40, OCA design in response to a rigorous analysis of the aspirations and constraints of a clients brief and ensure that the expectations are met with invention and excellence of design. Working in an international environment the principals have designed and created stimulating, legible, attractive and memorable buildings and places based on a holistic understanding of context, environmental and social impact, financial viability and phasing.
