HFBT Architects seeks to blend experience, ability and young architectural talent, and is known as an innovative architectural practice offering relevant skills to the marketplace. We combine imagination with knowledge of the functional, technical and commercial issues that make for successful developments. We understand that property developments must be commercially viable and sustainable if they are to be realised. Much of what we do is driven by this sense of realism. Our mission is to apply clear and creative thinking to both land use and building design, grasping opportunities and finding optimum solutions. We have no pre-conceived agenda - our architecture reflects a logic and design process rather than a style, and we work enthusiastically in a wide contextual range. Combining the skills and experience of our four Directors creates a strong architectural dynamic. We are highly client centred, focussed on delivering quality, reliability, certainty and value at all project stages. These values bring a high level of client loyalty.
