We see our considerable experience in regenerating buildings and sites as raw material for inventing new environments. We bring a wide experience in working with the local community and designing solutions which are synonymous with all the aspects of the site. We will bring to the project seven crucially important elements for its success: 1: an ability to listen and to respond with imagination and precision to clients and users 2: a deep understanding of the needs and imagination of the people involved in the design process 3: an ability to assimilate a complex brief with a functional approach and bring clarity to create fine architecture 4: a mastery of urban design, intergrating the new facilities to their surroundings 5: expertise in Regeneration Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering 6: an engagement with new ways of living and working creating new settings for them 7: a commitment and ability to aid secure delivery to time and budget
