Latitude is a young design orientated practise offering high quality architectural and design service based on three key chararcteristics: Experience: The Directors have over thirty years experience of design and construction both in the UK and abroad and have successfully demonstrated design and project leadership through the full range of project stages on high quality schemes ranging in value from £130,000 to £25M. Both directors are particularly experienced in central London developments on sensitive sites. Breadth: Offering award wining design skills coupled with project and design management experience at the highest level. Innovation: Latitude is geared to harness and apply best practice techniques of design, procurement and construction management in all work undertaken. Lateral thinking creativity and innovative design technology are utilised to optimise the configuration and specification of the project to add true value to the clients investment.
