We are residential specialists, in both the new build and refurbishment Sectors Worked. We undertake works for commercial developers and private clients. We are committed to the highest standards of contemporary design, and at the same time are experienced in dealing with historic buildings in a sympathetic, sensitive manner. As a small firm, we are able to offer a highly personalized service. Our aim is to be understanding and flexible in addressing our clients' requirements and to provide a level of dedication and professionalism normally found only in much larger practices. In addition, we are able to offer our clients a "one-stop shop" by providing structural engineering, quantity surveying, M&E services engineering and planning supervisor services through a single point of contact, using our network of affiliated, specialist consultants. Tight control of budgets, both at design stage and construction stage is given top priority in every project we undertake.
