In addition to larger projects, Harvey : Sennitt will undertake: Small projects less than £30,000 - Small projects less than £100,000; one-off houses.

A small general practice who have carried out a wide variety of works since establishing in 1980. The works include small office fit-outs, restaurant fit-outs, listed building alterations and refurbishments. Local Authority works to Polytechnic, schools and housing. Commercial works to building society offices. Residential works include new houses and apartments, as well as the extension and alteration of existing residences and the coversion of large non residential properties into smaller residential units. Party Wall Awards and feasibility studies are also a regular feature of our worksload. Works currently being carried out from £30,000 to £1.5M.
