McCusker Storey McIntosh is a practice dedicated to working closely with clients, primarily in the residential, education and leisure Sectors Worked. Our aim is to develop creative, contemporary solutions for the design, construction and management of projects. We are experienced in dealing with complex inner city sites as well as rural green belt sites, both often involving works to listed buildings. During the course of this process we expect to establish strong personal relationships with our clients, understand their business and deliver a service that surpasses their expectations. Indeed a large proportion of our work comes from clients we have worked with before. As a design based practice McCusker Storey McIntosh have also been retained to carry out building design consultancy on schemes prepared by other consultants. This often involves an evaluation of spatial efficiency and proposed layouts in relation to potential sales and providing advice on the economics of construction.
