We are a small practice specialising in residential, mixed use and education and community based projects. We have a broad range of work throughout London, East Anglia and the South West and undertake projects from initial feasibility through to completion. We also have extensive experience in restaurant, office and library projects. Tim Pitman teaches part time at Cardiff University and Luke Tozer is an RIBA Councillor and co Chair of the RIBA London Urbanism & Planning Group.
