Kemp Muir Wealleans (incorporating Stefan Zins Associates, q.v.) is an architecture, masterplanning and design practice operating from offices at Earls Court, London. On projects in the retail, office, leisure, industrial, education and housing Sectors Worked we seek to bring to our commissions an imaginative response to design criteria and a realistic view to what can be achieved in commercial and town planning terms. Our track record encompasses the masterplan and framework stages of major projects, as well as the design of key buildings within such plans in order to set design standards and styles. We work with both new buildings and listed buildings and/or in conservation areas. Increasingly we are asked to provide mixed-use proposals aimed at kick-starting the regeneration of run-down areas. Our design solutions are modern, and innovative where client aspirations and site context call for it; and on all commissions we seek to provide design excellence within time and to budget.
