We take our clients investment in the built environment very seriously. We design to make the best use of this investment and to provide high value for money. We believe good design should raise building standards and create a positive environment for the growth of successful communities. Baca are genuine sustainable designers. We are one of four architectural practices piloting London Renewables – ‘Renewable Energy Toolkit for Planners, Developers and Consultants’. Our feedback is informing the draft document which is to become the statutory evaluation tool for all new developments. Our areas of expertise include the science of tall-building design, natural ventilation, daylighting and the use of building integrated Photovoltaic Technology. A current housing design for East Thames includes the use of an extensive green roof system that will also deliver 10% of its energy from Renewable sources.
