In addition to larger projects, GA Architects will undertake: Small projects less than £100,000; one-off houses.

Architects and development consultants with an expertise in converting heritage and listed buildings in the London area to modern standards with a particular focus on basement conversions. Considerable emphasis is placed on sound management and practical advice on risk management to deliver a project on-budget and on-programme.

Recent projects have included a house in The Boltons Kensington, Queen Mary University Library and a resource base for special needs for the London Borough of Camden.

We have particular expertise in designing buildings for people with special needs and since 1996 have designed schools and residential buildings for children and adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as other learning disabilities. Our experience in this area has been widely sought in Europe and USA and regularly speak at conferences and write articles on the subject. See www.autism-architects.com.
