Dyer is an international architectural practice delivering enhanced value through the design process and who believe that “from great understanding, comes great design”. Our key objective is to exceed expectations. To achieve this, rather than imposing a ‘house style’ on our buildings, we listen to our clients generating creative solutions by gaining a clear understanding of the nature and purpose of the building, the needs and aspirations of its users and the physical and cultural context of the site to deliver locally sensitive, sustainable and inspirational design. Dyer, established in 1964, is instinctively progressive, instinctively co-operative, instinctively innovative. We believe that progressive architecture, founded on the principles of humanistic modernism, has a positive influence on the social and environmental aspects of our lives. We are not product or image architects with a pre-prepared solution to every project: our preoccupation is with an architecture that is coherent, both intellectually and emotionally from concept through to detail
