Modernist practice offers a personal service from design to completion. Experieced in domestic commercial, mixed developments, leisure facilities, vernacularperiod and listed buildings, original conservation, property regeneration, all types and sizes of improvements. Good design & planning give considerale long term benefits and added value. I have a particular interest in forming available efficient space with harmonious proportions and aspects. Cost and budget requirements are achieved by methods to suit the construction, contract form and working practice applicable to the project, normally with a detailed by trade specification and detailed drawings utilising computer technology. Services vary to suit from feasibility and initial design, through to completion - planning permissions, building regulations, disabled access, health and safety matters for general projects, self build projects, serial development projects, on site works, party walls & lease plans
