McCaren Design was formed in 1992 and became a limited company in 2004. We provide a range of services based on our expertise in the field of building construction. These services include the design of new buildings and alterations to existing buildings, dealing with planning authorities, ensuring that the design complies with building regulations, managing the appointment of a contractor, and overseeing the building contract to ensure that the design is carried out as planned and at the agreed price. We use our extensive knowledge, skills and experience to give tailored guidance to Clients on projects ranging from private residential extensions to commercial housing developments, and community facilities. The company aims to provide a professional and personal service to all Clients. Our initial consultation is usually free.
