Jay Ashall Associates Architects was founded in 1990 and remains a enthusiastic and progressive practice, which continues to expand to work throughout Cheshire and the North West of England in City centres and Rural locations. Since its foundation the Practice has focused on the restoration of existing buildings. In liaison with Housing Assocaiations and Local Authorities, in particular Chester City Council it has been responsible for the restoration and refurbishmentof Listed Buildings in the City Centre, into Flats/Apartments. Whilst the Practice remains known for its involvement in the restoration of Listed Buildings it has diversified and is responsible for numerous Schools, New Build Housing Developments, Barn Conversions, Medical Centre and Fitness Centre. Practice Policy has always been to work in close liaison with the clients in order to achieve the best design solution for each individual client and comply with the Local Authority, Planning and current Building Regulations
