CODA Architects are committed to providing high quality architecture within budget and on programme with personal service as a priority. Our Architecture is not just about Buildings it is about people and combines innovation with creativity to help our clients meet their objectives. We have identified in our work the following strands of consistency: INNOVATION We bring an informed debate to the design process on the matter of the latest thinking in Philosophy and Procurement methods ENERGY We use low or easily constructible technology to achieve low energy load buildings COLLABORATION We like to involve artists during the design process: Graphic Designers or Sculptors or Furniture Designers or Landscape Designers MANAGEMENT Without strong management all the above concerns are lost. We use computer programming to monitor time spent against projections of work required and are experienced in managing design teams to meet tight programmes and tight budgets
