Robert Adam

Born in Kirkcaldy, Scottish architect and interior designer, and leader of the British Neo-Classical revival.

  • General Register House (1774).
  • Interiors of Harewood House, Luton Hoo, Syon House and Osterley Park.
  • University of Edinburgh, Old College (1789–94).
